PAYMENT

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. When placing your order please ensure that your billing address is the same as the one on your credit card or bank statement. Your card will be charged for the full amount quoted at checkout and once we have received authorization from your bank or credit card provider.

You will be billed in one of the five currencies below that are associated with your billing address:

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may charge an additional transactional fee.

Are prices tax included?

All of the prices displayed on our site include VAT. Additional sales taxes and duties will be added at checkout depending on your delivery country.

Can I pay for my order at delivery?

We only accept online payment at the time you place your order. It is not possible to pay for your order at the time of delivery.


ORDERS

How do I track the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order we will send you an email to notify you that your order has been shipped.

Can I update or cancel my order?

If you order has not been shipped you can cancel it by emailing: [email protected] .

If your order has been shipped, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a returns authorisation (by emailing: [email protected]) and a further 14 days to return the goods to us for a refund.

We will refund you for the order including the cost of shipping to you, however we will not credit you for the cost of returning your goods.


SHIPPING

Where can I have my order delivered to?

As long as your billing address matches the address on your bank or credit card statement, you can have your order delivered to your home, place of work or somewhere else.

Can I have my order delivered to a P O Box address?

We cannot deliver to P O Box addresses, you must enter a complete street address.

What happens if nobody is present to receive the parcel?

Our courier will attempt to deliver your order 2-3 times and will leave a delivery note with instructions if unsuccessful. If your parcel is returned back to us we will reimburse you less the shipping cost and any duties incurred.

Where is my order?

Once your order has shipped we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details of your order.


RETURNS

What is Phaidon’s returns policy?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a returns authorisation (by emailing: [email protected]) and a further 14 days to return the goods to us for a refund.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

If your order has arrived damaged, email at: [email protected] with photographs of the damage. We will arrange to pick up the damaged item and ship a replacement.

What are the refund conditions?

Once we have received your return, we will check that it has been returned in the condition it was delivered. If the order complies with our returns policy we will refund you within 7 days.

Will I have to pay shipping costs for my return?

Yes you will have to pay for your return unless the order was received damaged in which case we will arrange for the order to be picked up.

How do I return my order?

If you have changed your mind, email [email protected] to request a returns authorisation within 14 days of receiving your order.
